An experiment was carried out in the departmental field of Sam Higginbottom University Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj during February to May 2021 on bitter gourd (Momordica charantia L.) find best treatments plant growth regulators for better yield gourd. The include like GA3 NAA with different ppm. Nine were made replicated thrice randomized block design. Application done as per treatment allocation at four leaf stage. experimental results revealed that 25 ppm found most effective terms vine length maximum 20,40,60 harvest, days first appearance male flowers whereas T8 150ppm recorded significantly minimum harvest (57.267) fruit weight (134.933), (14.107), diameter (4.453), No. fruits (11.867), average (1,609.100), tonne hectare (10.725).
